[2025-09-05] LINE Games has announced that it will be releasing the new season 'Abyss Gate' for the multi-platform hack-and-slash action RPG 'UNDECEMBER', developed by NEEDS Games and serviced by LINE Games.

 

This season focuses on satisfying players' desire for challenging content and offering unprecedented season rewards. The highlight of this season’s update is the 'Abyss Gate', a new high-difficulty dungeon that poses an even greater challenge than the 'Chaos Dungeon'.

 

'Abyss Gate' is a demanding mode in which characters cannot revive or re-enter upon death. Players must defeat bosses to earn rewards, including the exclusive 'Abyss Stones', obtainable only through this new content, as well as newly added rewards like Gear Slot Upgrades.

 

The 'Abyss Stones' come in three types: Dawn’s Abyss Stone, Destruction Abyss Stone, and Distortion Abyss Stone. 'Dawn’s Abyss Stones' can amplify the stats of specific Gear types, 'Destruction Abyss Stones enhance the stats of certain unique Gear, and 'Distortion Abyss Stones allow for modifications to the mechanics of existing skills.

 

Additionally, two new skill runes, 'Wrathful Blow' and 'Toxic Mist', along with the link rune 'Chain of Pain', have been added, enabling players to enjoy new strategic gameplay approaches.

Alongside the new season, a series of generous player benefit events is underway. All players receive a 'Season Promotion Box' to accelerate growth in season mode, offering a variety of growth-supporting benefits and the guaranteed acquisition of 'New Transcendent Unique' Gear.

 

Moreover, new and returning players will be provided with a total of 100 'Gear Summon Tickets' and 'Costume Summon Tickets', while clearing the season challenges will reward players with the new pet 'Violeyn' and the attachment 'Abyss of Oblivion' for free.
