March 12, 2026 – Seoul, South Korea – The Seafaring Sandbox RPG Uncharted Waters Origin, serviced by LINE Games and co-developed by Motif and KOEI TECMO GAMES, has announced that it has launched a collaboration (hereafter referred to as the collab) with the WEBTOON 'Doom Breaker', along with special events celebrating the game's 3.5th Anniversary.

 

First, through the collab, the popular character 'Zephyr' from the hit Naver Webtoon action series 'Doom Breaker' has been introduced as a new S Grade Admiral in Uncharted Waters Origin. Zephyr is known as the last survivor of humanity and the hero who resisted the Demon God Tartarus, the being responsible for humanity's destruction, until the very end.

 

In addition, characters from ‘Doom Breaker’ have also been released as S Grade Mates: 'Altair Justina Cayenne', 'Ophelia Amleth', and 'Anna Primrose'.

 

Various special events commemorating the collab have also been prepared. First, the 'Collaboration Admiral Chronicle Prologue' will be available through April 7. During this period, players who accept the 'Zephyr Chronicle Prologue' request from the Union can experience the story of Admiral Zephyr, who is transported to another world by a trap set by the God of Demons Cult while sailing to hunt an unknown dragon, and begins his journey to return to his original world.

 

During the same period, the 'Doom Breaker Collaboration Limited Request Event' and 'Fade's 72 Lethal Poison Recipe Event' will also be held. Additionally, the 'Attendance for Humanity's Salvation’ event will run through April 24, allowing players who log in for seven days during the event period to receive rewards such as 'Grade 26 Building Materials' and a 'Grade 26 Ship Voucher'.

 

New content updates have also been introduced. First, the 'Ship Inscription' feature has been added, allowing Grade 26 or higher Golden Ships to receive one randomly assigned passive effect unique to each ship. In addition, the Enhance Removal feature has been introduced, enabling players to convert enhancement levels from previously enhanced items into a separate item. The 'Guild Effect' system has also been expanded to improve its overall utility.

 

Meanwhile, Uncharted Waters Origin is also hosting a series of special events to celebrate its 3.5th Anniversary. First, the 'Firework Salute of the Great Journey' event will run through April 7. Players who log in for 14 days during the event period will receive rewards such as a Grade 23 Golden Ship Selection Voucher, in-game currency Blue Gems, and an Inn Mate Selection Voucher.

 

During the same period, a 'Daily Theme Event' will also be held. This event allows players to participate by completing daily missions themed around Trade, Combat, and Adventure.

 

Finally, the 'Mission of the Great Journey' event will run through April 5. By completing designated missions assigned for each day over seven days, players can obtain rewards such as the 'Ideal Part Selection Voucher' and 'Ducat Pouch', which contains the in-game currency Ducats.
