[April 28, 2026] LINE Games announced the official global launch of the character-collecting RPG ‘Genesis War,’ developed by Meerkat Games and serviced by LINE Games, on Tuesday the 28th.

 

Global users can now download and play ‘Genesis War’ on Google Play, the Apple App Store, and Google Play Games on PC. The game supports multiple languages, including English, Thai, Chinese, German, French, and Indonesian..

 

This launch implements an immersive gameplay experience by inheriting the popular elements of the original series—character, combat, and narrative—while adding a modern touch. In particular, it maximizes the fun of collecting and nurturing by introducing a total of 69 heroes, including characters that capture the charm of the original work, such as Iyolin and Karls.

 

The combat system maintains the strategic identity of the original work by utilizing the entire party while introducing dynamic animation effects. Players can enjoy high-level strategic battles amidst more thrilling and spectacular visual effects.

 

In terms of narrative, the game completes the vast worldview of the original series by deeply depicting the stories of heroes facing their destinies on the continent of Antaria. The detailed portrayal of individual heroes' personalities and stories adds further immersion.

 

To celebrate the global launch, LINE Games is introducing new characters Joan Kartright and Christian de Medich. Both characters are agents from the newly established ISS, created to strengthen the imperial power of Geithir, and are set as partners.

 

First, Joan Kartright is a female agent from the Valkyries who uses the ultimate skills Storm Fury Fang and Imperial Sylphid. Christian de Medich is the second son of the Medici family and an Air Force second lieutenant, utilizing the ultimate skill "Satellite Attack" and his exclusive weapon "M.C. Valentine" in battle.

 

New content updates include Main Story Chapters 27–28 and "Hard" difficulty levels 21–22. Additionally, the inner World story "Partner," which explores the narratives between characters, has been added to showcase a detailed worldview.

 

Furthermore, to expand the playing experience, challenge content such as the Tournament and Ice Dragon Castle Escape, performance content including the Pyramid, and cooperative content like Knightage Raids have been added.

 

Meanwhile, various events celebrating the launch will run until May 26th. First, the "7-Day Attendance Relay Event," which guarantees 100% acquisition of Legendary Characters, will be held four times. By completing the missions, players can secure a total of 28 types of Legendary Characters.

 

Two types of "Level Achievement Passes" are also being introduced. These provide sequential rewards based on the account level achieved to support early gameplay settlement and growth. Pass rewards consist of various items including Eld, Experience Capsules, Random Character Cards, and Legendary Memory Fragment Random Boxes, as well as currency needed for character growth.

 

Additionally, the "Machina Roulette Event," where players can receive 10 types of gifts daily, offers Legend Weapons, Armor Random Boxes, Magna Carta, Regional Investigation Tickets, and Raznite, providing more abundant rewards the more players participate.

 

Notably, if new users successfully complete missions for 7 days, they will be granted 160 Character Summon Tickets and 140 Equipment Summon Tickets, totaling 300 summons. By performing "Karim’s Bingo Missions," users can earn an additional 100 Character Summon Tickets.
