June 17, 2026 – Seoul, South Korea – LINE Games (co-CEOs Cho Dong Hyun and Bae Yeong Jin) announced today that its mobile casual Idle RPG Animal Busters, developed by affiliate Super Awesome (CEO Cho Dong Hyun), has launched a collaboration with Naver Webtoon's popular series 'Doom Breaker.'

 

This marks the first collaboration event since Animal Busters' official launch. Running for approximately four weeks through July 14, the collaboration brings popular Doom Breaker characters into the game as playable Busters. Altair and Zephyr will be available first, from now until June 30, followed by Lucius and Ophelia from June 30 to July 14.

 

An Event Dungeon inspired by 'Eurydice's Dungeon', one of the iconic dungeons from Doom Breaker, has also opened in Animal Busters. Players can use the currency earned by clearing the Event Dungeon to obtain collaboration Busters, their Exclusive Weapons, and other rewards.

 

A variety of celebration events are also underway. The '7-Day Check-in Event' lets players earn Zephyr and Altair simply by logging in, while completing mission objectives in core content such as the Daily Dungeon and Gear Dungeon will reward players with Rubies, Roulette Tickets, Buster Gacha Tickets, and more.

 

Animal Busters is an Idle RPG that emphasizes the fun of collecting, nurturing, and leveling up animal characters, known as Busters, each with their own unique charm. New players will receive up to 7,000 Buster Gacha Tickets along with the in-game currency Ruby, as well as a variety of additional rewards to support early progression.
